Stack-OH! Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Stack-OH! is operated by Calendee LLC (“Calendee,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have, in plain language. Questions? Email info@stackoh.com.
The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run your account and the game. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.
1. Age
Stack-OH! is intended for people age 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email info@stackoh.com and we’ll delete it.
2. What we collect
- Account information — your email address, your display name, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) an optional profile photo and the sign-in identifiers those providers give us. For email sign-in we send a one-time “magic link”; we don’t store a password.
- Game data — your matches and rounds: scores, results, win/loss history, and the display names of players in your games.
- Purchases — if you buy plays or the Pro upgrade, we store the purchase record from Apple or Google (transaction ID, product, refund status) and your resulting entitlements (remaining plays, Pro status). Payment is processed by Apple or Google — we never see your card details.
- Notifications — if you enable push notifications, we store your device’s push token to send them.
- Diagnostics — to fix crashes and bugs, the app sends error reports tagged with a random, app-generated install ID (not your account or name). We actively scrub personal data (emails, IP addresses, tokens) from these reports. Diagnostics are not linked to your identity.
- On your device — a session token to keep you signed in, the install ID, and small preferences (e.g., whether you’ve seen the tutorial). On the web this includes a secure, http-only session cookie; in the app these live in the device’s secure storage.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites (so there’s no App Tracking Transparency prompt — there’s nothing to track).
4. How we use your information
To create and run your account; host and score your games; deliver purchases; send notifications you’ve enabled; send account emails such as sign-in magic links; fix bugs and keep the service secure; and comply with the law.
5. Service providers we share with
We don’t sell data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run Stack-OH!:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, and email delivery.
- Apple and Google — sign-in, push delivery, and in-app purchases (for users on those platforms).
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Stack-OH!, our users, or the public.
6. Storage & security
Your data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account information for as long as your account exists. Diagnostic reports are kept for a limited period for debugging. For deletion, see the “Deleting your account & data” section.
8. Deleting your account & data
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the app or website: Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account.
- Without the app: email info@stackoh.com from your account email and ask us to delete your account. We’ll complete deletion within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we delete your login, email address, profile, sessions, sign-in connections, push tokens, and the links between you and your purchases. For fairness to other players, finished game results remain in those other players’ match histories, shown only by the in-game display name you used — they’re no longer tied to your account.
9. Your choices and rights
You can see and update your display name and account details, turn push notifications on or off, and delete your account. To exercise any right or ask a question, email info@stackoh.com.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): You also have rights to access, correct, delete, export (port), and object to or restrict certain processing. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you (running your account and games), your consent (e.g., push notifications), and our legitimate interests (security and bug-fixing). Email us to exercise these, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share your personal information, and we won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Request access or deletion at info@stackoh.com.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
